Hot Stone Therapy

This treatment is a full body massage using hot stones. By using the stones, the massage becomes 4-5 times deeper than manual massage as the heat of the stones penetrates deeper into the muscles. This helps relieve any tension, aches and pains, increases circulation and also helps the elimination of waste toxins.

Hot Stone Therapy balances the 7 charkras of the body, it aids the relaxation and harmonises the mind, body and soul. This massage is the equivalent to 2-3 hours of manual massage.
