Medical Chemical Face Peels

The Face Peels Procedure

1. Take clients personal information and complete a medical history sheet.
2. Explanation of the peel procedure and it's effects on the skin is discussed between the client and the Aesthetic Nurse, followed by the signing of the consent form. The peel removes the outer dead skin particles from the face - whilst encouraging the production of collagen in the deep dermis of the skin.
3. Cleanse the face to prepare the skin for the peel
4. The peel is applied and left in situ for five minutes. There will be an intense tingle which will start to reduce after three minutes.
5. The peel is then removed with wet facial sponges, the face padded dry and a calming clay face mask applied to the skin.
6. When the clay has dried the mask is removed with wet facial sponges. The face is then padded dry.
7. A layer of phyto+ is applied to the skin the correct hypo-pigmentation followed by a facial mouisteriser.
